Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please read and understand our booking policy:


Appointments

  • Bookings are essential. Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or via email.
  • A confirmation will be sent once your booking is secured.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment to allow time for check-in.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the appointments of other clients.
  • Full session fees apply regardless of the length of the session given.

Health and Wellness

  • Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or medications before your treatment.
  • If you feel unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Payments

  • Payments are due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit card payments.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Consent

By booking with In-Line Remedial Massage, you agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
